faq

do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges? 
shop happpyal does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on paper goods items (stickers, stationary, prints). apparel may be returned within 30 days of purchasing as long as the item is in the same condition as when you got it. you may exchange for a different size if it's available. customer must pay for shipping back to me. please reach out as soon as possible if you have any issues and include your order # for quicker assistance!

when will my order ship?
your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering. if there are any delays, i will reach out to you via email to let you know. all orders are shipped via usps first class package.

what are shipping costs for products?
domestic packages have flat rate shipping of $5.00, $8.00 or $10.00 depending on the weight of the package. purchases of $80.00+ ship free within the united states.

international shipping is calculated using real time shipping rates via the united states postal service, so your shipping charge will depend on weight and destination. a $2.00 handling fee is also added on the international packages. please go to the checkout page to see your shipping charge.

shipping is expensive, between labels + shipping supplies. thank you so much for understanding the shipping prices ☻ 

    how are items shipped to keep them safe?
    paper goods are packed into plastic sleeves to keep them safe from potential liquid damage. items will ship in rigid mailers, bubble mailers, poly mailers or boxes depending on the shipment. i take great care to ensure your products do not arrive damaged.

    i just placed an order, but i need to change or cancel it.
    i do offer changes and cancellations if your order has not been shipped yet. please reach out to me ASAP via email (collabwithallison@gmail.com) or the contact form via this website with your name and order number to cancel or change your order. you can also reply to your order confirmation email. please note that once a shipping notification gets sent out to you, you cannot cancel or change the order. it's important to reach out ASAP –– while processing time is typically 3-5 business days, there may be instances i package up orders early.

    what if my order comes damaged?
    please inspect your items upon receiving your order and contact me within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that i can evaluate the issue and make it right. while i do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on goods, if your items arrive to you damaged, i will make it right. if your items appear damaged or incorrect, please contact me immediately via collabwithallison@gmail.com. please be sure to include your name, order number and a photo of the items you received, as you received them. you can also reply to your order confirmation email.

    my package is lost.. what do i do?
    once a package leaves my hands, it’s unfortunately totally out of my control. if a package is lost or missing, you’ll need to file a missing package report with your local post office. if the package is deemed lost for good, i will offer you replacement products at no cost — i do not refund for lost packages. please do not worry if this happens, i will work with you!! if the items you purchased are no longer in stock, i will compensate with either other items (and throw in extras!!) or refund you. please note refunds will only be issued if items are out of stock. shipping charges are non-refundable.
